JOURNAL4Toward Establishment of Japanese-style Management Techniques Globally —Management Training Programs by AOTS—Features of Management Training by AOTSAOTS conducts training in Japan for corporate executives and managers to acquire systematic knowledge of proven Japanese-style management practices and plant operation techniques. On each of the training courses, focus is placed on specic management techniques such as specic solutions of problems with optimum com with a rst-class faculty on respective subjects for the enhanced performance of training participants. Each of the training courses is also designed with an optimum combination of classroom sessions, eld trips as well as hands-on exercises, with due consideration being given to the participants’ commitment and roles in their respective organizations toward the solution of their problems.Each participant has to write a report on the specic challenges and issues he/she faces in his/her own organization before traveling to Japan; our faculty then reads such reports and adjusts the training contents to lead the participant toward the solution of these problems in a practical manner. Can I undertake Specialized Technical Training in a host company after my management training?This is only possible for applications through a host company in Japan. However, we have some management training courses that exclude such extra training schedule after a seminar.
