Both of these programs include the three programs of training in Japan that is held by accepting human resources to Japan, overseas training that is held by dispatching lecturers overseas, and experts dispatch that is held by dispatching Japanese experts to overseas companies and the like (see the gure at right). Since the costs are subsidized by the national treasury, it is partially paid for by all of the companies that use the programs (see the table below). Differences in the two programs in terms of their goals, target areas, costs eligible for subsidies, and so forth are shown in the table below.
